Return Policy

TIPIDSIKA ships internationally. Order is shipped to the user as per the contact details provided at the time of placing the order. Once the items are shipped, TIPIDSIKA is not liable for any damages during transportation.

Shipping prices vary by territory. Shipping times depend on your location and available courier services in your area.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from TIPIDSIKA and wish to return it for a refund, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery.

Products returned must be ordered directly from www.tipidsika.com or an authorized TIPIDSIKA seller.

All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

TIPIDSIKA is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Purchases from TIPIDSIKA are subject to the terms of use, purchase policies and privacy policy which can be found on the TIPIDSIKA website.

Warranty Policy

Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of TIPIDSIKA.

This Limited Warranty applies to the physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from TIPIDSIKA (the “Physical Goods”).

 

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, TIPIDSIKA will repair or replace products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Cost of parts and labor in such cases will be covered by TIPIDSIKA. Shipping costs will be borne by the unit owner.

 

What will we do to correct problems?

TIPIDSIKA will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or send a replacement unit.

 

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from TIPIDSIKA is 5 years from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good, part or repair assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.

 

What does this Limited Warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship such as natural disasters, negligence, accidents and modifications of original installations not approved by the TIPIDSIKA technician. This warranty does not apply here:

  • Repairs have been made or attempted by unauthorized repair persons

  • Repairs or plate-change required because of normal wear and tear

  • The machine has been abused, misused or improperly maintained

  • Non-distilled water has been put in the machine

  • Alterations have been made to the machine

  • Acts of nature or God

  • Accidents

  • Accessories

  • Dismantle or repair of equipment in non-authorized service centers

  • The use of non-original spare parts

  • The equipment work more that its capacity stated in the user manual

  • The use of irregular electricity and so on

  • Entry into objects inside the device such as (dust, water, etc.)

  • Failure to stamp the warranty card from the distributer and write the date or sale

 

How do you secure your warranty?

To obtain warranty service, you must first fill up a form (link to the form) indicating (model, date or purchase and/or installations duly signed by the buyer or their assigned representative) and contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Note: the company reserves the right to modify the above regulations and has the right interpret the warranty service without violating national laws.
